   <title>我与星传</title>
   <description><![CDATA[<p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">下周要在另一个地方开始了，这是我在星传的最后一周。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">回忆里最快乐的日子，就是一起加班的时候，和</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">AL</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">一起说老板坏话的时光。（其实老板是个能力、人品都不错的人）我们绘声绘色，兴奋不已。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">开始</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">在开始在星传的实习前，我已投掉近百封简历。有点灰心有点懒散的时候，</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">QQ</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">同学在</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">MSN</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">上把复旦</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">bbs</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">上的这个招聘信息发过来。一个</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">hotmail</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">结尾的邮箱，毫不正式。在</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">QQ</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">同学鼓励下，我发出简历，不抱希望。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">在某猎头公司实习打违心电话的那天，我接到了星传的面试通知。刚接时我甚至已不记得曾向这家公司投过简历。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">我感谢缘分。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">和其他大公司笔试一面二面单面群殴相比，星传面试的效率可谓惊人。去第一趟的下午，就笔试</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">/HR</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">面试</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">/Manager</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">面试统统进行掉。（现在我明白，效率高是因为真正缺人，不为储备，不为作秀）</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">最终</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">AJ</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">也就是我后来的老板出现，对我说，没问题，回去等通知。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">我就这样进入了这个行业</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal">&nbsp;</p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">媒体策划</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">没入行时，我对广告的分家，创意与媒体的独立没有概念。当媒体策划一点一点在我面前展现时，那一瞬是惊艳的。</span></p><p style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 宋体">这里推荐一本书《广告媒体策划》</span><span><font face="Times New Roman">JACK Z. SISSORS </font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体">及</span><span><font face="Times New Roman"> ROGER B.    <title>读书笔记：势利</title>

   <title>决心戒掉咖啡</title>
